Global Location Strategies’ Fundraising Challenge
This Fall, Global Location Strategies is inviting you to join them in supporting Communities In Schools as we work in schools and beyond the classroom to ensure all students have the same opportunity to succeed, whether they are learning at school or at home.
Since our organization’s mission aligns so closely with their purpose and core values, they want to help us close the food insecurity gap during this crisis. To accomplish this goal, Global Location Strategies Founding Principal, Didi Caldwell, has proposed a Matching Funds Challenge to raise funds to feed students over the two-week Winter Break.
GLS hopes to provide food for families in need by delivering meal packages that will feed a student over the holidays. Their goal is to raise $6,000 which will help feed 100 students over the Winter Break. Each $60 package will contain items for 3 meals a day for 2 weeks for 1 student.
To help reach this goal of feeding 100 students, please join their Matching Funds Challenge where GLS will match donations, dollar-for-dollar, up to $5,000. Starting with Didi Caldwell’s personal donation of $500, the fundraising campaign will be open from now through December 1, 2020.

Your contribution, big or small, will help ensure our students will get the nutrition they need.
