Greenville Early College
Victoria Earle, a Greenville Chamber Leadership Greenville Class 44 alumna, is the student support specialist at Greenville Early College. She is a vibrant team player whose unique ability to relate with diverse individuals has resulted in community partnerships and client-centered achievements. She is a dynamic initiator with years of dedicated service and support toward child enrichment and community leadership – resulting in national and local recognition. She attended Columbia College where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science, and continued her education at Columbia College by obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Change and Leadership. Prior to coming to Communities In Schools of Greenville, she worked for the SC Department of Probation Parole & Pardons and other youth development programs. Victoria has multiple years of experience working with high-risk youth populations and brings a strong skill-set to her work with middle and high school students at GEC.
